Disabled Scout

Message on Screen:

Print Scout is disabled – no data is being collected.

Pharos Cloud has the ability to disable Print Scouts which stops them from collecting data. Previously collected data is kept in the system even when the Print Scouts are disabled. A Print Scout must be deleted to permanently remove all collected data from the system.

To re-enable or delete Print Scouts, contact your Pharos Cloud administrator.
