Download Mac Print Scout

To download the Mac Print Scout installation package

  1. Go to Discover > Print Scout screen and then click the Download button.
  1. Enter the Site Encryption Key that you saved earlier (from the Secure > Setup Guide).
  2. Click Download.

Note: If you do not have the Site Encryption Key, you will not be able to download the Print Scout. Please contact your application support.

The download package includes the following files:

  • CustomerSecret.dat - Contains the encrypted AES keys.
  • MacPrintScoutInstaller.pkg - Installs the Print Scout.
  • Setup.ini - Contains Print Scout configuration files.

You are now ready to install your Mac Print Scout.
