Rates Card
The Rates Card defines the costing structure for printing based on various print attributes. Each combination of attributes such as paper size, color, and duplex assigned to a print job is given a specific point value, reflecting its cost. These point values can be adjusted as needed.
Note: The Rates Card is a global setting, applicable to all accounts and not tied to any specific account.
To view the rates card, navigate to Users > Account Management tab and then select the Rates Card button.
Key Attributes:

Paper Size: Small (Letter, A4), Large (11x17, A3), Default (Other sizes)

Mono/Color: Whether the print job is in color or monochrome (black and white).

Mono Duplex, Color Duplex: Double-sided (duplex) Mono or Double-sided Color printing.
Calculation Example:
When a user sends a print job, the system calculates the total points based on the combination of attributes selected. For example, the user submits 4 letter-sized, monochrome, duplex pages.
Each page costs 3 points (Letter, Mono, Duplex) based on the Rates Card
Total points for the job would be calculated as follows:
4 pages * 3 points = 12 points. Thus, 12 points will be deducted from the user’s point allocation for this print job.
Update Rates Card
To update the Rates card

Navigate to the Users > Account Management tab.

Select the Rates Card button.

Enter a new value by using the up and down arrow or by typing in the desired value manually.

Click Save for changes to take effect.
