Downloading the iOS Configuration Profile for use with MDM

As an IT administrator, you can automatically push the configuration profile to users’ devices using any of the supported Mobile Device Management Solution (MDM), such as Microsoft Intune, MobileIron, and AirWatch.

This document shows how to download the configuration profile.

  1. Go to the Secure > Settings screen.
  2. In the Secure Release Settings section, go to Mobile Deployment. section.
  3. Toggle the Allow manual profile installation setting to OFF.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Click download . A file called ios-secure-printer.mobileconfig is downloaded.
  6. Using any of the supported MDM, you can now deploy the configuration profile to users' devices. See Deploying the iOS Configuration Profile to users’ devices using Microsoft Intune.

Note: The Mobile Deployment section is available only when the Mobile Submission setting is enabled
