Pharos Cloud Licensing Information

The Profile > License tab provides a comprehensive view of your organization's Pharos Cloud licenses. With this view, you can conveniently access details like expiration dates, product information, add-ons, the count of licensed users and devices, and more.

  • Date Created - The date when your license was created.
  • Expiry Date- The expiration date is the final day the system will remain operational, and it serves as the cutoff date for all purchased licenses.

Pharos Cloud displays a warning message in the following scenarios:

  • When the account's expiration date is within 30 days: If the account's expiration date is 30 days or less from the current date, a warning indicator and accompanying text will appear, indicating that the account's license will expire within the next 30 days.
  • When the account's expiration date has passed: If the account's expiration date matches the current date or has passed the date, a warning message will be displayed, stating, "Your Subscription has expired."
  • When consumed licenses exceed the licensed number: For both user and device licenses, if the number of licenses used by the account reaches or exceeds the licensed quantity, a visual warning indicator specific to the affected product or add-on will be displayed.

The Subscriptions section shows the products you are licensed for, the status , and the current limits on each of your licenses.

  • Pharos Insights - It shows the number of licensed print users and your current number of active print users
  • Direct Print - It shows the number of licensed print users and your current number of active print users
  • Secure Release - This section provides information on both the licensed print users and the current count of active print users. Additionally, the Release Type Subscription section displays the number of active devices and the number of licensed devices for each release type, which includes Mobile Release, MFD Release, and External Card Reader.

The Add-on Subscriptions and the Add-on Features section displays the features/subscriptions for which you have valid licenses. When a feature is licensed, a green checkmark is presented alongside each licensed item. Some examples of features and subscriptions include:

  • Data Privacy
  • Policy Print
  • Theming
  • Universal Print
  • SCIM-User and Group Identity Service
  • Cloud Connector
