How to reset PIN code

You can change your PIN code using either the Pharos Secure Release Setup Guide or the Pharos Secure Release desktop app .

  1. On your workstation, search for the Pharos Secure Release Setup Guide and then click the account icon (found on the right-hand side of the Setup Guide home screen).

OR

Launch the Pharos Secure Release desktop app by clicking the icon in the task notification area as shown below.

  1. Select Reset PIN.
    1. Selecting Reset PIN on the Setup Guide.
    1. Selecting Reset PIN on the Pharos Secure Release desktop app.

  2. The following screen appears.

  3. Check your email and follow the instructions in the email to complete verification. If you chose to enter the verification code, this screen appears. Enter the verification code shown in the email you received from Pharos Secure Release.
  4. After your email address is verified, the following screen appears. Enter a new 4-digit PIN code.
