Releasing print jobs with your proximity card

After you've activated your proximity card with Secure Release, you can release print jobs from any secure printer in your organization.

1. Walk up to a secure printer.

2. Swipe your proximity card or badge to authenticate at the printer. The alternative authentication option changes based on the selected authentication provider.

Email Authentication shows Credential Login

Active Directory Authentication shows Username and Password Login

OpenID Authentication with Passcode Login enabled

3. Select the job you want to release and then click Print.

4. Collect your documents.
