Status (Fleet Tab)

The Status screen contains specific information about the status of your print devices. You can use it to quickly identify devices that may require attention. You can sort, filter, or group fields in this table as needed. For example, you can click the Filter icon on the Device Status column and select the “Is equal to” filter and type “Down” to display any devices that are currently down.

Note: If a warning icon appears in the optional Supplies, Toner, or Service fields, the device may require attention. You can click the Details link next to the warning icon to view additional information about the specific device. You can also access this dialog box from any of the Fleet Manager views via the links in the Serial Number, Asset Number and MAC Address fields.
