Fleet Volume

On the Volume screen, you can view basic device details, including volume trends, utilization rates, and locations. To customize what you see on this screen, click the Columns button, select the items you want to see and deselect those you do not wish to see. The application will immediately add or remove each column as they are selected or deselected.

You can also filter, sort, and group information, as described in the Using Tables section.

Note: The Existing CPP Color and Existing CPP Mono fields are optional and will not be displayed unless you select them via the Columns button. These fields correspond to what is shown in the Device Costs dialog box, which you can access on the Profile > Details page in Pharos Cloud.

Fields available only on the Volume tab include:

Column	Description
7 Day Trend	Indicates whether print volume has increased or decreased in the last 7 days.
30 Day Trend	Indicates whether print volume has increased or decreased in the last 30 days.
30 Day Vol	The 30 day page count.
30 Day Mono Vol	The 30 day black and white page count.
30 Day Color Vol	The 30 day color page count.
30 Day Simplex Vol	The 30 day single-sided page count.
30 Day Duplex Vol	The 30 day double-sided page count.
30 Day Large Paper Vol	The 30 day A3/Ledger page count.
7 Day Vol	The 7 day page count.
7 Day Mono Vol	The 7 day black and white page count.
7 Day Color Vol	The 7 day color page count.
90 Day Vol	The 90 day page count.
90 Day Mono Vol	The 90 day black and white page count.
90 Day Color Vol	The 90 day color page count.
Last Meter Read	The last time the Scout collected meter information. (Also available on the Meter tab.)
